• Check your product as the messenger hands it you
• You like it, keep it and hand messenger the payment
• You don’t like it, no problem, return the product
  back to messenger there and then

NOTE: Assure that the product is in its original packaging. This is for hygienic purpose
as most of our products fall under personal care category

How do I CANCEL an item purchased on Newlook?

In case you have changed your mind about the particular item(s) in your order or ordered an item
mistakenly, you can cancel the order before receiving it.

This process can be done in 2 steps:

• Provide the order number and the product which you want to cancel, your order will
  be cancelled.
